Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the rights and obligations between Petrsona Inc. ("the Company") and members in relation to the zoof service.

2. Definitions

① "Service" means zoof, where videos are posted and shared through pet profiles.

② "Member" means a person who has agreed to these terms and created an account.

③ "Pet profile" means a per-pet profile registered under a member’s account.

④ "Content" means videos, thumbnails, captions and comments posted to the Service.

3. Effect and amendment

These terms take effect when posted in the Service. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, announcing the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance — 30 days where the change is unfavourable to members. Members who disagree may delete their account.

4. Formation of the contract

The contract forms when a user agrees to these terms, applies for membership, and the Company accepts. Persons under 14 may not register. Applications using another person’s information or false details may be refused or terminated afterwards.

5. Member obligations

Members must not: post content depicting or encouraging animal cruelty; infringe others’ copyright or likeness rights; impersonate others or spread false information; post obscene, violent or otherwise unlawful content; or interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Copyright in content

Members retain copyright in their content. Members grant the Company the permission needed to operate the Service — storing, transmitting and displaying the content to other members. That permission ends when the content or account is deleted, except where recall is technically impossible, such as messages already delivered.

7. Management of content

The Company may suspend or remove content it judges to breach Article 5 without prior notice, and may suspend accounts for repeated or serious breaches. Members may appeal such measures.

8. Community board

The board is open to all members. Article 5 applies to board content in full.

9. Reporting

Members may report another member’s posts, comments or profile. Reported content is hidden from the reporting member immediately, and the Company reviews it and acts as needed. Repeatedly filing false reports may result in restricted use.

10. Changes and interruption

The Company may change the Service and will announce significant changes in advance. Provision may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, force majeure or system failure.

11. Termination

Members may terminate at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. Content and activity records are then deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

The Service is in beta; data loss and interruptions are possible. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between members or with third parties, and is not liable for resulting damage to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
